Features

Furnace rollers are widely applied in several industrial fields. Firstly, in the steel industry, in the heating furnaces of hot-rolling production lines, furnace rollers are used to support and convey steel billets, enabling them to be heated uniformly during the heating process and providing billets with appropriate temperatures for subsequent rolling processes. In continuous annealing furnaces, furnace rollers are utilized to transport steel strips, ensuring that the steel strips maintain a stable running state during the annealing process to obtain good mechanical properties and surface quality.


Secondly, in the glass industry, in the annealing kilns of float glass production lines, furnace rollers play the role of supporting and transporting glass ribbons. The glass ribbons are gradually cooled and annealed through the rotation of furnace rollers in the annealing kiln, eliminating internal stress and enhancing the strength and stability of the glass. In the field of glass deep processing, such as in the production of tempered glass, furnace rollers are also used to transport glass during the heating process to make it uniformly heated to meet the requirements of tempering treatment.


Finally, in the ceramic industry, in ceramic kilns, furnace rollers are used to carry and transport ceramic products, such as ceramic tiles and tableware. The rotation of furnace rollers allows ceramic products to be heated uniformly in the kiln, ensuring the consistency of the firing process and thus improving the quality and yield of ceramic products.
