Polycrystalline 3000°F Fiber Blanket

Laurel’s polycrystalline 3000°F fiber blanket is an advanced high-temperature insulation product crafted from sol-gel derived alumina-silica fibers. As a polycrystalline fiber refractory blanket, it contains over 70% alumina and performs exceptionally in continuous temperatures up to 1600°C (2912°F), making it ideal for use in environments exceeding 3000°F intermittently.

This polycrystalline fiber refractory solution delivers superior chemical stability, extremely low shrinkage, and binder-free construction. It outperforms traditional ceramic blankets, especially in demanding industrial thermal conditions.
