Laurel Vermiculite board is a new type of environmentally friendly building material, which is mainly compounded from expanded vermiculite particles and specific inorganic materials. Its unique internal structure is filled with numerous interlayer voids. This not only significantly reduces its unit weight but also endows it with excellent thermal insulation performance, featuring an extremely low thermal conductivity.

Vermiculite board is a building and industrial material with unique properties.


Excellent fire resistance: Made from high-temperature roasted vermiculite, it's non-combustible. It blocks flames well, enhancing building fire safety, used in firewalls and doors.

Great thermal insulation: Its many pores hold air, making it a good insulator. It stops heat transfer, keeps indoor temps comfy in all seasons, cuts energy use, and is used on walls and roofs.

Good sound control: The porous structure absorbs and reflects sound, reducing mid and low-frequency noise. It creates quiet in rooms like meeting and bedrooms.

Strong corrosion resistance: Vermiculite is chemically stable. The board resists acids, alkalis, etc., staying intact in corrosive places like chemical plants and seaside buildings.

Agriculture: Ideal for seedling cultivation with good water retention and air permeability. Also used in soilless farming as a substrate for plant roots.

Packaging: Thanks to being lightweight, shock-resistant and fireproof, it's used to pack valuables like electronics, ceramics. Can also be used for flammable items' fireproof packaging.
